Bookings

Please add bookings@class4kids.co.uk to your safe senders list on email to ensure no emails go into your spam/junk mailbox. Please check your spam/junk mailbox prior to a trial session as emails may end up here.

Bookings will be made online via our website www.spanishsoccerschools.co.uk

Parents must create an account and fill in the details for both themselves and their child(ren), bookings will be confirmed once payment is made. Spaces cannot be held for any period of time without payment. 

Any and all medical conditions must be noted on the child(ren)'s account on registering. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date. Please provide any other information in this section that we may need to know about your child(red).

Rebooking a New Term

Once on a register, you will automatically be rebooked into the next term of sessions. An email will be sent with a link to pay for the new term. Payment will need to be made within 14 days of the start of the new term to secure your place. Failure to pay or make contact will result in your child being removed from the register and the space will be offered to someone else.

Trial Sessions

We offer a free trial session(s) for our weekly sessions and also offer a paid trial for our 1-2-1 & small group sessions. Following your trial session you will receive an email giving you the option to book or not return. You will have a 24 hour period to book the remaining sessions of a term. Failure to book within this time period will result in your child being removed from the register and the space offered to someone else. If the session has a waiting list, you would need to rejoin the waiting list if you would like to try again. If no waiting list, you would need to book and pay for the remaining sessions by revisiting our website. Payments

Payment will need to be made immediately after booking to secure the place. Payment is through Stripe. We cannot accept any other forms of payment. 

Cancellations

Camps

If for any reason which is out of Spanish Soccer School's control that a camp has to be cancelled, we will contact the customer as soon as possible. We will do our best to move you to an alternative day pending availability. Refunds will not be given. If you wish to cancel your place, you will not be offered a refund or be able to change day of attendance. 

Weekly Sessions, 1-2-1 & Small Group Sessions

If for any reason which is out of Spanish Soccer School's control that a session has to be cancelled, we will contact the customer as soon as possible. Refunds will not be given. If you wish to cancel your place, you will not be offered a refund.

Non-attendance

We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

Insurance

Spanish Soccer Schools is covered by Public Liability Insurance but not for Personal Accident.

Damages, Injuries & Loss of possessions

Spanish Soccer Schools is staffed by trained coaches who will implement the highest safety measures. Spanish Soccer Schools will not be held responsible for damages, injuries or loss of possessions. We strongly recommend that all valuables be left at home.

Weather

Some of our sessions take place outdoors and can be affected by adverse weather. We will endeavour to ensure the sessions will go ahead, however, in circumstances of severe weather, some sessions may have to be cancelled (some of which may be cancelled last minute). We will attempt to contact you as soon as possible to let you know of any cancellations.

Waiting Lists

In the event of a session being fully booked, we have a waiting list that you can add your child(ren) to. You can add to as many waiting lists as you like. You will be sent an email to confirm booking of a trial or term once a space becomes available. Please understand that spaces may open up quickly or may take a while, it is all down to how many people continue with us. You can attend a session that has space in an alternative venue whilst waiting for availability in your desired session. We will try to update as much as possible.
